01 / THE PRACTICE

More than
stretching.

The center teaches a broad yoga practice that includes postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. Standing and seated poses, bends, twists and inversions are introduced according to each student's ability.

The approach is gentle and restorative, with pauses for deep relaxation. Each class includes a short guided meditation and may explore practical yogic living, such as food, water, ethics and balance.

01

Postures

The wider system includes asanas for different parts of the body, introduced at a comfortable pace.

02

Breathing & rest

Breathing exercises, self-massage and frequent relaxation give the body time to settle.

03

Meditation

A short guided practice helps connect physical movement with a quieter mind.

Classes are suited to beginners. The source program describes 42 asanas, 13 mudras and five pranayamas across its full system; your teacher will guide you gradually rather than expecting you to know them all.
